Day 3 Blogging from A-Z Challenge C is for CURIOSITY

Day 3 is already upon us and today in sticking with my writing theme, I've chosen to blog about curiosity...

I think that, at a child’s birth, if a mother could ask a fairy godmother to endow it with the most useful gift, that gift would be curiosity.
Eleanor Roosevelt

Curiosity allegedly killed the cat, but what about the writer?

Does your curiosity get the best of you?

As a writer, I would be lost without curiosity. It's what makes me a writer.

When I hear a conversation among strangers, I'm curious. I want to know more, I want to form words around their conversation.

When I read something in a newspaper or the internet my curiosity is piqued.

I want to delve deeper into a strangers life. I want to know what makes them tick.

I am a voyeur...

Eleanor Roosevelt said curiosity is the most uesful gift we can get when we are born, but curiosity is much more than a useful gift, it's a dear friend of the curious writer.

I am a writer, therefore I live with curiosity...

I can not tell you how often I start a project because I am curious about something.

Great post. I think curiosity's essential for a writer - especially journalists.

Curiosity spurs on a lot of things, writers, readers, scientists, explorers. Can't imagine a world devoid of the curious.
